Important Fitment Notice

Engine code alone should not be considered sufficient to guarantee fitment. Before purchasing, compare:

• Injector part number
• Engine code
• Vehicle VIN
• Model year
• Fuel system configuration
• Injector connector
• Injector specifications
• Original equipment configuration

Please verify that the injection kit matches your existing system before ordering.

Injection System Function

The fuel injection system plays a critical role in delivering the correct quantity of diesel fuel to the engine at the required time.

A properly functioning injection system helps support:

• Reliable engine starting
• Correct fuel delivery
• Efficient diesel combustion
• Smooth engine operation
• Proper engine performance
• Controlled fuel consumption

Faulty or worn injection components can contribute to difficult starting, rough running, poor performance, increased fuel consumption, or engine fault codes.

Replacement Injection Kit

This injection kit can be considered when replacing components from a worn or faulty diesel fuel injection system.

For used components, professional testing and inspection are recommended before installation. Injector condition and calibration should be confirmed where applicable.

If replacing injectors, it is also important to inspect the fuel system for contamination or other underlying problems that may have contributed to the original failure.

Condition

Please verify the exact condition from the listing and photographs.

If the kit is used/pre-owned, normal signs of previous use such as minor cosmetic marks or surface wear may be present. The actual components supplied should be confirmed from the product photographs and listing.

If the kit has been tested, refurbished, or professionally calibrated, this should be verified before purchase.

Installation & Coding

Professional installation by a qualified diesel technician is recommended.

After installation, the vehicle may require:

• Injector coding/adaptation
• Diagnostic system checks
• Fuel-system bleeding or priming
• Injector correction-value verification
• ECU fault-code checks
• Engine performance testing

The exact procedure depends on the vehicle and injection system.

Do not install injectors solely based on appearance. Always confirm the correct part number and specifications.
